How We Work

We don’t use templates — every project is approached as a unique creative task. Mixing and mastering aren’t automatic processes, but detailed and attentive work with sound. Every track is different, and what works for one composition may sound completely off in another. That’s why we tailor our processing, effects, and decisions specifically for your material. Depending on the number of tracks and overall complexity, the average turnaround time is 3–7 business days (not including revisions or feedback rounds). We always discuss deadlines in advance, so you can plan your release. Throughout the process, we stay in touch — to clarify your preferences, review drafts, and make necessary adjustments.

If You’re Ordering Mixing and Mastering, or Stem Mastering:

  1. You submit your project using any method that’s convenient — contact form, live chat, social media, or email.
  2. We carefully review your stems and give honest feedback. If something needs improvement (balance, export quality, tuning) — we’ll let you know before we begin. We also provide an upfront quote and approximate turnaround time.
  3. Once everything is confirmed, you pay a 50% deposit to begin.
  4. We begin the mixing and/or stem mastering process. Once the rough version is ready, we’ll send you a preview snippet to review.
  5. If needed, we revise the track based on your feedback — until it sounds right.
  6. After you approve the final version and complete payment, we send the full package in multiple formats: MP3 320 kbps, WAV 44.1kHz 16-bit, WAV 48kHz 24-bit, WAV 96kHz 32-bit Float, plus additional materials (alternate versions, stems, etc.) if applicable. Minor final tweaks can also be made after full delivery — we work until you're satisfied.

If You’re Ordering Just Mastering:

  1. Submit your file via the site, email, or any messenger you prefer.
  2. We check your mix for technical issues. If something stands out — we’ll guide you on what to fix for the best results.
  3. We deliver a free demo snippet (up to 1 minute) before you pay — so you can hear the direction and quality first.
  4. We refine the master based on your feedback, making sure the sound matches your artistic vision.
  5. Once you're happy with everything, you pay (either partial or full amount, depending on project terms).
  6. Final delivery includes the full track in multiple professional formats: MP3 320 kbps, WAV 44.1kHz / 16-bit, WAV 48kHz / 24-bit, WAV 96kHz / 32-bit Float.
*Demo versions for mixing or stem mastering are not available. These are highly manual, time-intensive services, so we begin only after prepayment is received.
