How does the interaction work when ordering services
Mixing and mastering are labor-intensive processes that require a lot of time and attention (depending on the amount of work – from 3 to 7 days of work). These services are performed not automatically and not by template, since they do not have the same settings. Each project requires an individual solution, processing, approach, and for each set of tools will be its own structure and space.
… when ordering mixing and mastering, stem-mastering:
- The client leaves an application on the site (via contact form or online chat).
- We check the materials sent and, when needed, we prompt what to correct.
- The client makes a 50%* prepayment.
- We do the work and send the finished track fragment for your review.
- We make edits of the client, after that there is a payment of the remaining 50% for work
- After payment we send the full track in the following formats: mp3 320 kbps, wav 44100-16bit, wav 48000-24bit, wav 96000-32bit Float +add. materials.
… when ordering a mastering track:
- The client leaves an application on the site (via contact form or online chat).
- We check the material, and if everything is correctly prepared, we perform the mastering of the track.
- We send DEMO for your review (an arbitrary fragment of up to 1 minute duration).
- At the request of the client – we make edits.
- After making changes, you pay for the work, after which we send the full track in the following formats: mp3 320 kbps, wav 44100-16bit, wav 48000-24bit, wav 96000-32bit Float.
*Possible both partial and 100% advance payment for work. **The studio does not perform demonstration versions of mixing and mastering. This service is provided only by prepayment.
