Full Bucket Music released a software emulation of the KORG PS-3300 polyphonic analog synthesizer, available in VST and AU plug-in formats for PC and Mac.
After the recent release of the FB-3100 emulation, the 1970 synthesizer got a new life with the new KORG PS-3300 plugin. This is a real monster of its time (and quite powerful even by today’s standards). The analog synthesizer was one of the first truly polyphonic. In fact, it was a set of three PS-3100 synthesizers.
The FB-3300 plugin copies all the functions of its progenitor, with several modern improvements, such as preset preservation and support for MIDI devices. The only negative that manufacturers themselves note is that “the GUI is too small and too large at the same time.” It means that the appearance of the tool is not adjustable.
KORG FB-3300 is one of the most exciting virtual analog synthesizers that is completely free. The set contains 62 preset presets, giving a good idea of its capabilities.
