The Tascam Tape Collection includes ultra-precise replacement versions of legendary TASCAM and TEAC tape recorders such as the Porta One, A-3340S, 388 and A-6100 MKII, carefully modeled by the IK Multimedia DSP engineering team. Using IK Multimedia’s advanced simulation technology, each recording stage has been disassembled, carefully analyzed, and the entire tape recording process faithfully recreated, then implemented as a plug-in for all of today’s popular DAWs.

TASCAM ID registration for the listed products is available in North America, South America and the EU, including the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. In all other countries, registration is possible only for models 24, 16, 12 and TA-1VP.
