AudioFuse does not necessarily need to match that reputation to be a viable interface, but buyers who prioritize years of predictable operation should factor the difference into the decision.

For a project studio, the AudioFuse’s extensive I/O and hardware integration may outweigh the possibility of occasional troubleshooting. In a commercial facility or mastering room, where an interface is expected to remain available with minimal intervention, driver support deserves greater weight because downtime has a direct operational cost.

The practical approach is simple: before buying, verify Arturia’s current driver and firmware support for the specific Windows or macOS version used in the studio.
